There are those that like to drive fast. There are those that like to drive insanely fast. And, there are those that like to have the capability to drive insanely fast just in case. For the individuals that fall in the last two categories, pay attention for the next paragraph or two.
Ladies and Gentlemen......well, lets do away with the Ladies and Gentlemen labels for this vehicle. Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City, for those who are drawn to fear, has a very intimidating grey offering. Not for the faint of heart, we are introducing what appears to be a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro on the outside, and one-third tornado, one-third thunderstorm, and one-third rocket ship on the inside. At the heart of this beast lies a 489 cubic inch big block Chevy engine cranking out 850 horsepower. I said, cranking out 850 horsepower!! WOW! The main power adder is a Pro Charger F-1R model, helping blow air and fuel like a fire hydrant through a Fast fuel, Fuel Injection System.
The inside appears even more serious when it comes to going fast! Racing-style front bucket seats engineered to keep the driver and passenger planted are guarded from behind by hovering, half-roll cage like Sentries designed to protect the occupants. A cluster of Autometer Gauges glow toward driver making sure all-systems-are-go. Between the seats, a serious looking and functioning B&M Magnum Grip Pro Stick Shifter to keep the wheels spinning while breaking the sound barrier.
What else can be said about this Camaro? If you are a little fearful at night, wear pajamas, or squeamish about putting a worm on a hook? This ain't your car. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ].

General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
NO EXPRESSED WARRANTY:
We have not inspected the Vehicle for sale and provides no express warranty on the Vehicle. Purchaser has inspected the Vehicle or has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. The Parties acknowledge that the Dealer has no reason to know of any particular purpose for which the Vehicle is being purchased and Purchaser is not relying on the seller’s skill or judgment to select or furnish the Vehicle.
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY:
The Parties acknowledge that the implied warranty of merchantability is a relative concept and Dealer is only required to warrant the car is ordinarily fit for the use to which other cars of the same vintage era.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE:
Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a administration fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
