The build was done by Nickey Chicago and was nicknamed “Barely Legal" due to the amount of horsepower this puppy spits out, which is a Whopping 800 HP from the LS7 engine paired with the Tremec 6 speed Manual transmission. This baby is a pleasure to drive! It will definitely have no problem getting up and going, just be safe because this thing truly lives up to its nickname. With the Performance ZL1 Twin Disc Clutch and Nickey short throw shifter you'll have no problem gliding through all 6 gears on this beast to burn some rubber. The rear-end was upgraded to the Chevrolet performance ZL1 Driveline Kit with cast iron differential housing, Axles, and Driveshaft to handle all the torque this racer puts out. This Nickey Chicago Stage 3 Camaro is Nickey registered and Certified. It has Nickey badges as well as a custom headrest designed by Nickey. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ].

General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
NO EXPRESSED WARRANTY:
We have not inspected the Vehicle for sale and provides no express warranty on the Vehicle. Purchaser has inspected the Vehicle or has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. The Parties acknowledge that the Dealer has no reason to know of any particular purpose for which the Vehicle is being purchased and Purchaser is not relying on the seller’s skill or judgment to select or furnish the Vehicle.
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY:
The Parties acknowledge that the implied warranty of merchantability is a relative concept and Dealer is only required to warrant the car is ordinarily fit for the use to which other cars of the same vintage era.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE:
Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a administration fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
