Vista IT Group accepts Paypal payments for eBay orders. At this time, we are not able to accept any other payment method for eBay orders.
Shipping
This product ships via FedEx Ground unless the listing states otherwise. Free Shipping offers only apply to orders shipping within the contiguous United States; AK, HI, and US Territories please contact for an estimate. For expedited shipping, please contact us for an estimate. PayPal orders only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses—no exceptions. Vista does not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO. We are able to ship on buyers' FedEx or UPS accounts.
Home Delivery
All FedEx Home Delivery residential shipments will require an adult signature. FedEx will attempt to deliver twice before the order is returned to Vista IT Group in Grand Rapids, MI. In the event that the order is returned to Vista IT Group, the buyer will pay any failed attempted delivery fees and full shipping cost to have it reshipped to them.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, this product comes with a 90 day Vista IT Group warranty. When present, the manufacturer's warranty supersedes Vista IT Group's warranty. Warranty is for the original purchaser of the equipment and is applicable only to items sold in the US and Canada. This warranty is not transferable, and does not apply to items for resale. This warranty includes all DOA (Dead on Arrival) and defective merchandise. Warranty does not cover any damage due to abuse or misuse. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to repair or replace the item at our cost. Resellers receive a 30-day warranty from date of purchase.
Returns
Vista IT Group offers a 30-day return policy. Non-DOA returns must be in original condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of no less than 20%. Any return must be accompanied by a Vista IT Group Return Authorization Number which is valid for 15 days after the date of issuance.
International Orders
Vista may ship internationally only after prior approval. To get approved for international ordering, please send us contact us with the item number in question. PayPal orders only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses—no exceptions.
