Each JBOD is for 48 drives.  11 of the JBODs for sale are fully populated with drives. 1 JBOD is empty - the drives have been sold.
Each JBOD comes with 4 power supplies.
*NOTE* There are a total of 8 IO devices for the JBODS that allow for external mini-SAS SFF 8088 connections.
