M1899 Remington Rolling Block Short 8" Blade Bayonet W/ Scabbard. & Leather Frog.  Bayonet measures 12.5" overall and blade is 8".  Possibly a Mexican army bayonet.  No other markings than Remington Arms Co Ilion NY.  Bayonet, scabbard, and  frog all show flaws and wear from age.  See photos.
