    Description

    Two stereocards/stereoviews of Fort Hays, KS late 1860s. Rear of cards mentions a Pitman Oakland, and a possible reference to having been in a book or journal.
    Please examine all photos carefully. The Post Hospital view, one side is more faded than the other. The long distance view has some dirt or smudging top middle. They are original, so not mint, and do show age. But the rarity is worth it, as I have never seen these views in my years of looking for old Ft Hays photos from the 1860s.
