Steering Wheel Rat Rod Cast Aluminum Industrial Necker Knob Spinner

Offering this cast aluminum industrial wheel.  This would make a cool rat rod steering wheel.  15.5" diameter.  Has a spinner knob.  Center hole is 1.25 dia x 1.5" deep.  Two scuffs on it.  No cracks or breaks.  See photos.
