Vintage Tractor Suicide Knob Steering Wheel Spinner Rat Rod Hot Rod Steel

Here is a vintage, used, thought-to-be steel, steering knob. The knob diameter is 1-7/8”.  I have not attempted to clean it up; the rust may clean off nicely—up to the buyer. I am not sure what it belongs to—but research indicates likely for a tractor, could be for an automobile or truck—buyer’s knowledge—sold AS IS.
